Technical Workscope –
Objective
Mechanical verification and optimization of the Bottle, excluding the electronic components.
The goal is to check the full assembly, correct any interferences, and define specifications for the manufacturing of all parts.

• Complete STEP 3D file of the bottle and cap

Main Tasks
1. General Model Check
• Verify interferences, alignments, and fits between components
• Analyze the movement of the mechanism (spout, diaphragm, push button)
• Correct any geometric errors or inconsistencies
2. Tolerances and Materials
• Define production and assembly tolerances for all key components
• Pay special attention to parts where components slide or move against each other
• Recommend material pairings for low friction and durability (metal/plastic, plastic/plastic, etc.)
3. Threads and Couplings
• Check the correctness of threads, including pitch, depth, and compatibility
• Define thread tolerances and propose improvements for sealing and wear resistance
4. Plastic Components
• Assess moldability of all plastic parts (especially those in the cap)
• Review wall thickness, draft angles, undercuts, and parting lines
• Suggest suitable plastic materials for each component (mechanical strength, temperature, food-grade compliance)
5. Assembly Process
• Verify the assembly sequence (logic, accessibility, fit)
• Identify potential assembly issues or interferences
• Define tightening torques for all threaded connections
6. CAD Update and Drawings
• Implement approved modifications in the CAD model
• Deliver the final updated 3D CAD model (STEP + native format)
• Produce 2D manufacturing drawings with dimensions, tolerances, and material specifications

Workflow
