Blow-Molded Branded Water Bottle Samples
Budget: $100 – $400 USD
I already have production-ready CAD files (.STL, .STEP, .IGS) for two sizes of my bottle design—a ½-gallon and a 1-gallon version—and now I need a short run of physical samples. The bottles must be made from food-grade plastic and produced by blow molding, not injection or 3D printing. I also want my custom branding integrated, either molded into the body or applied as a durable graphic that will survive everyday use and washing.
To keep things clear, here is what I expect at hand-off:
• Five finished samples of each size, true to my CAD geometry
• Branding applied exactly to the artwork I will supply (vector file)
• Any mold or tooling pictures plus basic QC measurements confirming wall thickness and capacity
Please let me know the lead time you need for tooling and sample delivery, along with any suggestions on plastic resin, color options, or surface finish that improve durability while staying cost-effective. If you can manage the small batch in-house or through a partner facility and ship to my U.S. location, we can move forward right away—I’m ready to provide the files and artwork as soon as I award the project.
