Belt Buckle STL Modeling

I will mail you my brass belt buckle so you can create two production-ready STL files for a foundry.
The first file must replicate the buckle’s exact shape and contours, while the second will be the same model scaled down slightly—the precise reduction percentage I’ll confirm once the work begins.
To capture every curve accurately, please combine 3D scanning with manual measurement and clean-up in your preferred CAD software (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar). The end result should be a watertight, manifold mesh that the foundry can import without additional fixes.
Deliverables
• STL-1: full-scale model, true to the master buckle’s geometry
• STL-2: scaled-down model, identical in detail
Both files must pass standard mesh checks (no non-manifold edges, reversed normals, or gaps).
