Bear-Shaped Beverage Container Design (blow mold design)

I need a professional CAD designer/engineer to create a manufacturing-ready 3D model of a bear-shaped beverage container for extrusion blow molding (HDPE).

This is a functional product — not just a visual sculpture. I need a properly engineered CAD model delivered as a STEP file, suitable for tooling.

-Approx. 12” tall
-~40-55 oz capacity
-Filled through belly opening (~72 mm diameter)
-Drunk through mouth opening (16–18 mm ID)
-Single-piece, single-color matte HDPE part


Manufacturing Requirements
-Designed specifically for extrusion blow molding
-2.0–2.5 mm nominal wall target
-3–5° draft where required
-No undercuts or trapped geometry
-Fully blended arms/ears/feet (no crevices)
-Clear parting line
-All edges radiused
-Blow-mold friendly surface detail (subtle texture only)
