Basement Structural Permit Drawings

I've purchased a home whose basement was finished without being registered. To legalise it, I must submit a full structural package to the municipal building department, and that is where I need your help.

Scope
– Structural drawings only.
– Must clearly show all beams, columns and complete floor plans as they exist today.
– The goal is permit approval, so the set has to meet local code standards and be ready for the city’s reviewer.

Current Material
I can supply a handful of partial drawings and site photos; they will give you basic dimensions and a sense of how the framing is laid out. You will still need to verify and complete the set so that every structural element is documented.

Deliverables
1. Signed‐and‐sealed PDF drawings suitable for direct submission.
2. Editable CAD file (DWG or similar) for my records.
