Automotive CAD Body Frame Design

I need an experienced CAD specialist to develop a production-ready design for an automotive body frame. The goal is to translate my dimensional sketches and performance targets into a fully detailed 3D model that can move straight into structural analysis and manufacturing.

You will start from my outline drawings, refine the geometry, add all mounting points, and ensure the model respects common OEM tolerances. I work primarily with SolidWorks and CATIA, so delivering native files in either of those formats (plus neutral STEP/IGES) will help us move quickly into FEA and prototyping.

What I’m looking for from you is a detailed project proposal that shows how you plan to tackle layout, joint design, material selection, and the drawing pack. Please include milestones, an overview of any simulation you intend to run, and the lead time you’ll need for each stage.

Deliverables
• Parametric 3D CAD model of the frame
• 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T
• Exploded view and BOM
