Automated Petri Plate Filler

I have to equip my lab with a push-style station that can automatically dispense media into standard Petri plates at true production scale. The goal is high-capacity throughput—think continuous, unattended runs that can handle large batches—yet I only want the filling step automated. Sealing and labelling will remain off-line, so every design decision should focus on speed, volume accuracy, sterility and easy cleaning between runs.
The deliverable is a complete engineering package: 3-D CAD of the mechanism, detailed drawings for machining or printing, a concise bill of materials, and a control schematic ready for PLC or micro-controller integration. Acceptance criteria are ±2 % fill accuracy, a cycle time fast enough to keep up with bulk media preparation, and tool-free disassembly for autoclave or CIP procedures. If you normally work in SolidWorks or Inventor, please keep the native files; STEP exports are fine for hand-off.
