AutoCAD Pool Plans for Permit

I have hand-drawn layouts for a Residential swimming pool that now need to become professional, to-scale drawings suitable for municipal approval. From your side I need a clean AutoCAD model built from my sketches, complete with all dimensions, material call-outs and the basic structural details the authorities usually expect (beam thicknesses, reinforcement notes, etc.).

There is no existing template or layer standard to follow, so please set up a sensible, well-organised layer structure of your own. I’m less concerned about hitting an exact ratio like 1:50 or 1:100 and more about ensuring the PDFs remain sharp and readable when printed on the typical A1/A3 sheets the municipality accepts, so choose the viewports and plot settings accordingly.

Deliverables
• One editable .dwg file with organised layers and annotation styles
• A print-ready PDF set showing plan, section and any elevations required for permit submission, all to a consistent, clearly legible scale

Turnaround is flexible for quality, but I would like an initial draft to review before you finalise line weights and title block. If you need any clarification on my sketches or local code expectations, let me know right away so we keep the revisions minimal.
