AutoCAD Architectural Concept Model

I need a skilled AutoCAD specialist who can turn my early-stage architectural ideas into a clean, well-structured 3D model. The work is strictly at concept level—think massing, overall form, major spatial relationships, and a few key façade elements rather than full construction detail.

You will receive hand sketches, reference images, and basic dimensions. From these, I expect a native .dwg file that I can iterate on, plus one export in a neutral 3D format (STEP or FBX—whichever is easier for you).

Deliverables
• Editable AutoCAD 3D model (.dwg)
• One neutral 3D export (STEP/FBX)
• Two or three high-resolution viewport screenshots for quick review

Acceptance criteria
• All major volumes and openings accurately represented within ±5 cm of the provided dimensions
• Layer structure kept tidy and logically named (walls, slabs, glazing, entourage)
• File opens without missing references or proxy objects in AutoCAD 2020 or later
