Architectural Floor Plan CAD Drafting

I’m getting ready to break ground on a new-build home and need a precise architectural CAD drawing to lock in the basic floor plan before moving forward with permits and bids.

You’ll receive my hand-sketched layout, rough dimensions, and a few reference photos. From there, please create a clean, to-scale plan in AutoCAD (or an equivalent tool you already master). Elevations, construction documents, and specialty sheets can wait; for now the focus is solely on an accurate, well-layered floor layout that clearly shows room sizes, wall positions, door and window openings, and overall dimensions.

What I expect:
• A native CAD file (DWG or compatible) with organized layers
• A print-ready PDF sized to ARCH D or A3, with scale noted
• At least one revision round to fine-tune room dimensions or minor layout tweaks

When the file is ready and measurements check out, I’ll sign off and move on to the next design phase. If any details are unclear, just ask—quick communication will keep the project moving smoothly.
