Architectural & Civil Drawing Corrections

I have a set of plans that require immediate updates—strictly architectural and civil engineering items only. Please do not touch any structural components or Title 24 calculations.
The current drawings are in PDF; I need you to:
• Convert each sheet to a clean, well-layered AutoCAD DWG.
• Apply all noted architectural corrections.
• Apply the civil engineering fixes I’ve highlighted, then return the revised sheets.
Once complete, deliver both the updated DWG files and matching print-ready PDFs. Speed is critical, so only bid if you can start right away and turn the package around quickly while keeping line weights, layer naming, and dimensions accurate.
