Aluminum Six-Seater Boat Design

Job ID: 40242750

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have an idea for a compact, six-passenger boat and now need an experienced marine architect to turn it into a fully engineered, production-ready package built around an aluminum hull and structure.

Here’s what I am looking for:
• Concept development through to final construction drawings: hull lines, general arrangement, structural scantlings, and outfit details.
• Stability, trim, and hydrostatic calculations that demonstrate safety and compliance with current ISO Small Craft or ABYC guidelines for vessels of this size.
• 3D CAD geometry and renderings suitable for both visual review and CNC/plate-nesting workflows. Preferred tools are Rhino, SolidWorks, or comparable naval architecture software, but I am flexible as long as industry-standard formats (e.g., IGES, STEP, DWG) are supplied.
• A preliminary bill of materials with weight estimates, section sizes, and recommended alloys/coatings specific to aluminum fabrication.

Acceptance criteria
1. Drawings and calculations must verify a minimum six-person capacity with adequate freeboard, reserve buoyancy, and positive stability in moderate sea states.
2. All deliverables are provided in editable native files plus PDFs ready for yard quotation.
3. A short written design summary explains key decisions on hull form, powering assumptions, and construction method.

I welcome your questions or early sketches if you’d like to confirm feasibility before diving into the full package.
