Aluminum Clamp GD&T Drawings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have three different aluminum clamps that will be produced on standard CNC mills and lathes. You’ll receive clear photos of each part along with hand-sketched dimensions; from those I need full manufacturing documentation.
Scope
• Create 3D models in SolidWorks for all three clamps.
• Generate fully annotated drawings in accordance with GD&T so the shop has unambiguous datums, feature callouts, and tolerances.
• Specify aluminum alloy and call out an anodized surface finish on each drawing.
• Export the finished sheets as PDF and supply the native SolidWorks files.
Acceptance
I’ll review the PDFs for dimensional accuracy against my sketches, correct application of GD&T, and inclusion of the anodize note. Once everything aligns, the project is complete.
If this sounds straightforward for you, let’s get started—I’m ready to share the reference material immediately.
