Aluminum Bracket Drawing Set of 5
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a matched family of five aluminum sheet-metal brackets fully prepared for manufacture. Two of the brackets already exist; you will simply recreate them one-to-one in SolidWorks. The other three come from semi-finished sketches and must be completed so they look and behave exactly like the first pair, except for their unique sizes and a handful of new or revised features.
Every drawing has to be fully annotated with GD&T so the shop can plasma or laser cut, then bend, without follow-up questions. I am standardizing on SolidWorks part files (.sldprt) as the master source, and I also need print-ready PDFs for the shop floor.
Please keep the sheet-metal parameters consistent across all five parts—same material, bend radius, K-factor, and relief style—so they remain a coherent product family.
Deliverables (one set per bracket):
• SolidWorks .sldprt file with correct sheet-metal features
• Manufacturing drawing fully detailed with GD&T call-outs
• Corresponding PDF of the drawing
