I need a complete die template engineered for a rectangular-profile aluminium extrusion that will be used in a construction application. I already have the exact dimensions and will share a detailed cross-section sketch as soon as we start, so your focus can stay on translating those numbers into a production-ready tool design rather than interpreting vague specs.

Here is what I’m after:

• A fully detailed 2D/3D die drawing that a toolmaker can load straight into their CNC workflow (STEP or IGES plus a dimensioned PDF/DWG).
• Consideration of material flow, bearing lengths, land, and exit tolerances so the final section comes out true to size with minimal post-processing.
• A brief manufacturability note highlighting any critical tolerances or heat-treatment recommendations.

I welcome insights on improving metal flow or prolonging die life, but the geometry itself is fixed to my provided dimensions, so please be comfortable working with tight tolerances typical of structural construction profiles.

Once the design files pass a quick fit-check against my reference sketch and the dimensioned callouts line up, I’ll mark the job complete and release payment. Looking forward to collaborating and getting this extrusion into production quickly.
