Additive Mold Design Expert Needed
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have the core concepts for a series of injection-mould inserts and cavities and now need them turned into fully detailed, manufacturing-ready designs that take full advantage of additive manufacturing. My single biggest focus is improving cooling efficiency, so every feature must revolve around high-performance conformal cooling channels built into stainless-steel inserts.
You will translate my sketches and rough CAD into optimized 3D models, weave in lightweight lattice structures where they make sense, and run the engineering analysis required to prove shorter cycle times and higher overall productivity. Once the numbers look right, I will need clean STEP and STL files plus clear mold drawings that a service bureau or in-house metal AM team can run without further edits.
Deliverables
• Finalized 3D CAD of each insert/cavity with conformal cooling and lattice integration
• Thermal/flow and structural analysis files or reports demonstrating the expected cycle-time gains
• 2D manufacturing drawings, complete with tolerances and build orientation notes
