Project Title: Elite Tactical Set CAD Design & 3D Renders (Aluminum CNC Focus)
Project Description:
We are Al-Taqnia Design Group seeking an experienced CAD Product Designer to create the complete engineering files and aesthetic 3D Renders for our premium toy line: the "Al-Tactical Elite Set."
This project requires deep expertise in design for CNC Machining and metal fabrication, as our products are made from Aluminum and Natural Leather.
Scope of Work & Deliverables:
1. 3D CAD Files: Full, accurate models for three tactical items (Rifle, SMG, Pistol) and a foam knife. Files must be ready for CNC Machining (STEP/IGES format).
2. Accessory Design: CAD models for the leather straps, holsters, and belt (designing for laser engraving and precision stitching).
3. Aesthetic Renders: High-quality 3D visual renders showing the final finish, Anodizing color, and luxury leather texture.
4. Technical Focus: All designs MUST prioritize safety (100% mandatory), including fixed orange safety tips and smooth, non-hazardous aluminum edges.
Required Expertise:
• Proven experience in Aluminum and Metal Product Design.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks / Fusion 360 (or similar engineering CAD software).
• Experience with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and CNC process limitations.
Budget & Timeline:
• We offer a total contract value of up to \text{\$7,000} (Base \text{\$3,000} + \text{\$4,000} Safety/Performance Bonus).
