Realistic 3D Character for Animation

I'm seeking a skilled 3D artist to create a realistic animated character for an animation/film project.
not necessarily realistic but like Moana style kind of like the attached image

Requirements:
- Realistic, high-quality 3D character modeling
- Both full body and facial animation capabilities
(rigged)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in 3D modeling software (e.g., Maya, Blender)
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and movement
- Experience in creating realistic facial expressions and emotions
- Previous work in animation/film industry preferred

the character will be needed to work in blender
