Custom Lobby Art Designer / Fabricator Needed

We are seeking an artist, sculptor, industrial designer, or art fabrication professional to develop a custom feature wall installation for a lobby in New York.
The selected freelancer will be responsible for transforming our design inspiration into a buildable artwork concept and, if capable, assisting with fabrication and production coordination.

Responsibilities

Review provided inspiration images
Develop original artwork concepts
Create 3D renderings and presentation drawings
Recommend materials and fabrication methods
Provide approximate dimensions and installation details
Prepare fabrication-ready drawings
Coordinate fabrication or produce the artwork (preferred but not required)

Design Direction

We are looking for a large-scale contemporary wall sculpture featuring:

Organic abstract forms
Amber, champagne, bronze, and warm neutral tones
Resin, glass, acrylic, metal, or mixed-media materials
Luxury residential / boutique hotel aesthetic
Statement piece suitable for a high-end condominium lobby
