High-Quality, Stylized 3D Character Creation

Job ID: 40361775

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Project Title: 3D Character Artist - High-Detail Stylized Models (Rigged / Humanoid) - Focus on Facial Appeal

Project Description:
We are looking for a talented 3D Character Artist to create high-quality stylized characters (Male and Female). We provide clear AI-generated reference images (Front, Profile, 3/4) that must be followed strictly.

The most important part of this project is "Appeal." We need an artist who can capture "pretty/handsome" and energetic aesthetics. The model must not look "flat" or "tired" in the face; we require high attention to facial depth and structural volume.

Key Requirements:
Advanced Facial Modeling: Expertise in translating 2D/AI references into 3D. You must understand feminine and masculine facial anatomy (tapered chins, almond-shaped eyes, and correct planar changes in the profile view).

Layered Hair Cards (Crucial): We do NOT want solid mesh/plastic-looking hair. You must be proficient in creating layered hair cards with high-quality Alpha/Opacity maps to achieve a soft, wispy look.

Stylized Realism: The style is similar to modern high-end "semi-realistic" games (e.g., Final Fantasy, Overwatch 2, or Genshin Impact).

Optimized for Godot: The final assets must be fully compatible with the Godot Engine.

Technical Specifications:
Model: Max polygon count: 20,000 to 30,000 triangles (Body + Clothing). Ready for real-time rendering.

Skeleton: Must be built based on Humanoid model standards (Ref: Godot SkeletonProfileHumanoid). Proper topology for key joints (shoulders, elbows, etc.) is mandatory to avoid deformation.

Rigging/Weighting: Must cover basic facial expressions (blinking, smiling, etc.) + body movements. The rig must be fully compatible with the Godot Engine.

Deliverables:
1. High-poly sculpt for approval.
2. Game-ready low-poly model (clean UVs/Topology).
3. Textures: Base Color (Diffuse), Normal Map, and Alpha Map for hair.
4. Rigged file (A-pose or T-pose) compliant with Humanoid standards.

To Apply:
Please send your portfolio. We are looking for artists who can demonstrate facial beauty and hair card expertise. If your portfolio only shows monsters, hard-surface machinery, or solid-mesh hair, you will not be considered.
