Dieselpunk VRChat Avatar Design

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a custom VRChat avatar for personal use. The avatar should be a female protogen in a dieselpunk style, predominantly using metallic colors like copper,gun metal, black/oily grit and rust orange with patches for paint that can have its color changed an image for rough concept provided to give you an idea for what the theme is.
