Cartoonish 3D Brand Mascot Design

Project title: 3D Brand Mascot Character Design — Reusable Character System (ongoing work available)
Overview:
I'm building a YouTube channel and need a professional, original 3D mascot to be the recognizable face of the brand across all thumbnails and channel art. This is not a one-off logo — I need a complete, reusable character system, and I'm looking for someone I can work with on an ongoing basis for thumbnails and new poses as the channel grows.
The character:
An anthropomorphic entrepreneur squirrel — confident, high-energy, slightly caffeinated personality. Reddish-brown fur, large bushy tail, big expressive eyes, smart-casual look (navy blazer over a t-shirt). Often shown with golden acorns that read as money/assets. The vibe is fun and approachable but sharp — a smart hustler, not a cartoon for kids. Think the polish of a top-tier brand mascot (e.g., Duolingo-owl level of quality), in a clean 3D / Pixar-style render. It must read clearly at small thumbnail size and stand out on busy backgrounds.
Deliverables:
One hero/anchor design (front-facing, clean background) — the master reference.
Character turnaround sheet: front, ¾, and side views.
Expression set (minimum 5): excited, confident, thinking, overwhelmed, celebrating.
Pose set (minimum 5): pointing, holding golden acorns/coins, thumbs-up, facepalm, presenting at a chart.
All final art as high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds.
The editable, layered source file (PSD or vector/native file).
Requirements:
100% original character — not based on any real person, celebrity, or existing IP.
Full commercial rights / complete buyout assigned to me in writing, including the right to reuse the design and references to generate additional poses later.
Must be delivered in a consistent style so future art matches.
