3D Animation for Entertainment Project

I'm looking for an experienced 3D animator to create visuals based on a provided script. This project involves animation outsourcing, and clear communication is key.
The film will be uploaded to YouTube, but you shouldn't see it as a YouTube video, it should look and feel like a real movie.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in 3D animation software (e.g., Blender, Maya)
- Strong storytelling and visualization skills
- Being able to understand how people react and behave, it can't be cliché.
- Experience in creating engaging entertainment content
- Ability to interpret scripts and collaborate effectively
- Would consider staying on as an animator, since I also create series.
(Payment will become better, once the channel gets monetized and start making money)

It can't be AI animations.
