2 Story Building with Roof Top - Complete 3D architectual design with Renderings
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I am planning a residential building with 4 Apartments and a Roof Top with large Terrace. Building has underground garage, storage. All apartments are same layouts and size, each around 1500 SF. Looking for a simple, modern concept, design for apartment and rendering. Simple lighting, LED and sport light (Not Ultra Modern).
Deliverables -
a full-scope 3D architectural design for the entire Building and two 3 D concepts for the flats —from the entryway right through to the roof.
The goal is to end up with photorealistic visuals that let me walk contractors and stakeholders through every room, test different lighting moods, and fine-tune materials before a single brick is laid.
Here is what I expect to receive:
• A clean, well-layered 3D model compatible with common software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar.
• A series of high-resolution still renderings of all interior and exterior viewpoints, each one lit realistically for both day and night scenarios.
• A brief lighting report (or screen captures of the light setup) so I can tweak intensity and colour temperature later if needed.
I will supply floor plans, reference photos, and preferred material palettes as soon as we kick off. Native project files must be included at hand-off, and all geometry should be tidy enough for future edits.
