Hello,
I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler to convert low-poly building scans into clean, accurate, and well-detailed SketchUp models.
Project Scope:
Input: I will provide a low-poly 3D scan of a building.
Output: A clean exterior-only 3D model in SketchUp format.
Requirements: High attention to detail and clean geometry.
Materials: No texturing or UV mapping is required. You only need to apply different Material IDs (solid colors) to distinguish between different surfaces/materials.
Rendering: Not required.
Budget & Volume: This is for an initial project with a budget of $30–$50 USD. I have a large volume of buildings available, so I am looking for a reliable partner for ongoing work if the first project goes well.
