3D SketchUp Shipping Container Model

I need a clean, dimension-accurate SketchUp model built from my hand-drawn plan: a single 40-foot shipping container fitted with an exterior awning, a VIP rooftop deck, and a spiral staircase rising from ground level to the deck. Because the model is for an upcoming client presentation, I only require the basic structural form—no interior fixtures or fine-detail textures—yet it still has to look polished enough to drop into slides and orbit around in real time.

You will receive a scan of my graph-paper sketch with rough measurements; from that, please translate every line into precise geometry, keeping proportions true so the container, deck, and stair align realistically. I’m happy if you apply simple, neutral materials just to differentiate surfaces, but the priority is a tidy, lightweight .skp file that opens quickly, plus a few high-resolution screenshots I can paste into a pitch deck.

Deliverables:
• Native SketchUp (.skp) file, organised into clear groups/components
• Three to five exported PNG or JPG views (front, side, rooftop, perspective)

Once I see the core structure laid out, we can discuss any touch-ups or, if time permits, minor embellishments before I present.
