SketchUp Residential - 05/06/2026 08:22 EDT

I’m building out a residential concept in SketchUp and would like an experienced modeler to take my 2-D drawings to a clean, accurate 3-D stage. The focus is architectural: I need both the interior layout modeled so every wall, opening, and finish line up perfectly.

You’ll receive PDFs and hand sketches on day one. From there, I’m expecting:
• One native .skp file with grouped, properly layered geometry
• A set of scene tabs for quick section cuts and camera angles (street view, bird’s-eye, main rooms)
• Exported PNGs or JPGs for review

I already know my way around SketchUp, so clear naming, clean edges, and tidy organization are important—no loose faces or nested chaos, please.
