SketchUp House Model from DWG

I have a complete .dwg of my house renovation and now need it rebuilt in SketchUp so I can explore design options. The emphasis is on the kitchen, lounge and the new sun-room; every wall, opening and ceiling change in these three spaces must be recreated highly detailed and perfectly to scale.

Only the structural shell is required—no furniture, appliances or loose fixtures—so you can stay focused on accuracy rather than decoration. Apply plain colours to differentiate elements; there’s no need for photorealistic textures or material mapping at this stage.

Please keep the model clean: use sensible groups/components, logical tags, and maintain the original DWG’s layer naming where practical. Deliver a single, well-organised .skp file that opens in current SketchUp Pro without extensions.
