B&W 3D Screen Enclosure Plan
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a clean, black-and-white 3-D architectural floor plan that shows a bronze-aluminum screen enclosure measuring 40' × 14' with a 12' height and a gable screen roof. The enclosure will attach flush to an existing single-story house and must show one single-swing door centered on the rear side.
The space is intended purely as a traditional-style screen enclosure—not a greenhouse or storage area—so the plan should emphasise open leisure use while matching the existing home’s classic aesthetic.
Please model only the enclosure and the immediate tying-in portion of the house; the rest of the residence can remain as a simple mass for context. All geometry should read clearly in monochrome, with line weights that would translate well to construction documents.
Deliverables
• One fully navigable 3-D file (SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
• Two orthographic floor-plan images (top and roof) at 1/4" = 1'-0" scale, PDF and PNG
• Four exterior perspective renders that highlight attachment, door placement, and roof pitch
