I’m developing a cageless pet refuge on ten acres and need a professional 3-D architectural rendering to help visualise the overall layout before we break ground. My priority is a clean, accurate depiction of the basic structure and site plan; finer interior finishes can wait until a later phase.
Your rendering—and, if you can, an accompanying 3-D digital model—should cover:
• Main building
• Outdoor play areas
• Animal care facilities
• Caretaker’s home
The aesthetic is rustic, so natural textures, low-profile rooflines and a harmonious fit with the surrounding landscape are essential. I’ll supply sketches, dimensions and any additional notes you need once I see your previous work and agree on an approach.
I’m not on a tight timeline and value quality over speed. Please share references and at least two samples of comparable projects you have personally completed. I’m happy to answer follow-up questions so you can quote the effort accurately and outline milestones for each deliverable.
