3D Road and Driveway Visualizations

I'm looking for someone to create 3D visualizations of road and driveway plans using photos of the existing landscape. This is for personal use.

Requirements:
- Basic shapes and layout
- Use of any common 3D software (flexible on software choice)
- Removal of existing vegetation in photos

Ideal Skills:
- Experience in 3D modeling
- Familiarity with landscape integration
- Ability to work from plans and photos
- Experience with photo manipulation.
