Residential 3D Architecture Model

I’m planning a new home and want it visualised before committing to construction. I need a talented 3D architectural designer who can turn my sketches and reference photos into a detailed, accurate residential model.

Please create a fully textured, properly lit 3D scene that captures exterior massing, façade finishes, and key interior layouts so I can review proportions and make design decisions early. High-resolution still renders from several angles are essential; if you can also supply the native model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) that would be ideal for future edits.

When we start, I’ll provide site dimensions, inspiration imagery, and any existing floor-plan drafts. In return, I’m looking for:
• A clean, organised 3D model of the house
• At least four photorealistic renders (daylight preferred)
• A brief materials list so I understand finishes used in the render
