3D Rendering of House Extension and Loft Conversion -- 2

I'm looking for a skilled 3D artist to create moderate-detail renderings of my house extension and loft conversion. We already have plans; we just need them visualized in 3D.

Requirements:
- Moderate detail: accurate shapes and dimensions, but no textures or furnishings
- Concept visualization for design clarity
- Both extension and loft conversion areas to be included
- Rendered external finish with cream and green sash windows
