Photorealistic SIP House Renderings

Job ID: 40468854

Budget: $25 – $50 CAD

I have three compact house designs—two already modeled in SketchUp and one available only as a PDF set of elevations and floor plans. I now need all three brought into a modern BIM environment such as Revit (or comparable photorealistic workflow) so I can present them to program managers and investors who are evaluating our participation in Canada’s new nationwide affordable-housing initiatives.

Here is what has to happen:

• Re-create or refine each model in Revit (or your preferred high-end rendering tool) with correct Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) wall assemblies.
• Produce investor-ready exterior and interior stills plus a short fly-through for each house. Interiors must show a detailed, eclectic design language with believable textures, finishes, lighting, and furnishings—not just placeholders.
• Update and clean up floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and key elevations so they are one step short of full construction documents. Consistency across the set is crucial.
• Supply native project files, high-resolution renders, and PDF/PNG sheets I can drop straight into a pitch deck.

I already have the land footprint, massing, and basic dimensions locked in, so accuracy to the existing geometry is critical. You are free to suggest minor interior tweaks that enhance flow or resale appeal, as long as the SIP structure remains intact.

If you have a proven track record creating photorealistic Revit (or similar) deliverables with detailed materials, lighting, and an eclectic design sensibility, let’s talk timelines and any clarifications you need.
