Photorealistic 3D Architecture Rendering
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a complete set of 2D architectural plans that now need to live in three dimensions. The goal is a full-photorealistic rendering that convincingly showcases both the interior and exterior of the project.
What I’ll supply:
• Clean, scaled 2D drawings (PDF/DWG) and any reference photos or material palettes already chosen.
What I need back:
• A fully modeled scene with accurate furniture and fixtures placed according to the plans.
• Realistic lighting—daytime, dusk or night as appropriate—to highlight materials and mood.
• Exterior surroundings (landscaping, neighboring context, sky environment) so the building sits naturally in its setting.
• High-resolution stills suitable for client presentation and marketing.
• The editable 3D file (3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar—your preferred platform is fine) along with all textures.
Acceptance criteria:
– Proportions and dimensions match the supplied plans.
– Materials, furniture and décor reflect the references provided or are agreed upon before final rendering.
– Final images are noise-free, photorealistic and delivered at least 4K resolution.
If you have a portfolio that proves your eye for realism and composition, let’s talk and lock in timelines right away.
