Photorealistic 3D Architectural Rendering
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a completed 2-D architectural plan that now has to move into production, so I need it rebuilt in full 3-D with a photorealistic finish. You will receive the CAD/PDF drawings and any reference materials I have, and from there I’m expecting an accurate model, true-to-scale materials, realistic lighting, and high-resolution stills suitable for fabrication and client approval.
Because this is heading straight into production, every dimension and material call-out must match the drawings. I’ll also need the native scene file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit or similar) alongside at least three 4K renders—day, night, and an interior cutaway.
Before we wrap, I’ll review for fidelity to the original plan, texture accuracy, and overall realism. Once those boxes are ticked, we’re good to go.
