Multi-Software 3D Modeling Specialist

I am looking for an experienced architectural designer to complete a multi-part personal design project (beginner-to-intermediate level) according to the provided specifications, examples, dimensions, and reference images. The work (Proposals 3-10) will involve AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. Deliverables will include floor plans, sections, architectural diagrams, topography, 3D modeling, and professionally organized presentation layouts. The selected freelancer must carefully follow all provided requirements and complete each deliverable accurately and consistently. Please provide both final exported files and editable source files.
