Modern Two Storey 3D Elevation

I need a clean, contemporary 3-dimensional front elevation for my home’s first and second floors. The look I have in mind is unmistakably modern, but I still want the façade to celebrate a balanced mix of brick, glass and wood so the house feels warm as well as sleek.

I will provide the current floor plans and reference photos of neighbouring properties once we start. From there, I’d like you to translate the drawings into a realistic exterior model, apply materials that clearly show where brick, glass and timber sit, and produce high-resolution rendered images from the main street-facing angles. A short animated turnaround or an editable source file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar) would be a bonus, but static renders are the priority.

Deliverables
• One detailed 3D model covering both floors
• Two or more daylight renders that showcase the full elevation, clearly displaying brick, glass and wood placement
• Any texture maps or material settings you create, handed over with the final files
