I need complete floor-by-floor plans that make the most of the compact footprint, along with an eye-catching contemporary elevation that clearly communicates materials, massing, and proportions.
Please include:
• Detailed CAD floor plans for ground, first, and second floors (with room dimensions, wall thicknesses, window and door schedules).
• At least two façade elevation views plus one 3D perspective render to illustrate the modern look.
• A basic site layout showing setbacks and access, scaled to the 1,000 sq ft plot.
• PDF drawings for quick reference and the original editable files (DWG / Revit / SketchUp—whichever you prepare in).
