Modern Spa-Like Bathroom Design with 3D visualization
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
Design of a modern spa type and sophisticated bathroom with realistic 3D rendering.
1) Double wash basin with modern aesthetic double mirror/full width mirror
2) Vanity unit with counter for the double wash basin. Preferably floating type
3) Good amount of storage under vanity counter & anywhere else possible
4) There will be a WC/western type toilet
5) There will be a free standing bath tub
6) Good lighting to be designed for modern look
7) This will be the master bathroom
8) Floor size is around 9ft10in x 9ft10in available for the bathroom.
9) There is a skylight in the ceiling as shown in blue dash-dot colour
10) All entries must follow the floor plan attached. The floor plan shows a door (opposite shower area) and a ventilator window with an exhaust fan and wood frame.
11) Ceiling is 10ft from floor.
12) Ventilator window is 5ft from floor. Window size is 4ft wide x 2ft high.
13) Shower area can be re-located elsewhere if it results in a better design.
14) Preference will be given to freelancers who do not use AI & those who upload more than 1 concept with different themes to select.
NOTE: I've uploaded the floor plan of bathroom. Please refer and submit entries only complying with the floor plan. Any entries that do not comply with the floor plan will have to be rejected.
IMPORTANT: It is absolutely critical that renderings must use fittings and other items that can be procured within India & easily available (use standard manufacturers). At the end of this project, we need to execute the design and get the bathroom done so it needs be 100% practical & not just a concept. Award will be given only if proper specifications (make, model, material of items used) are clearly mentioned in their designs. At a minimum, mention the material/make/models for tiles, cladding and various bath fittings used.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in architectural design & 3D modeling/rendering
- Previous experience in creating modern interior designs
- Ability to work efficiently and meet tight deadlines

- All relevant 2D & 3D models and design files
- Bill of quantities (BOQ) with manufacturer, make/model details
