Modern Laundry Room Wall Render
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m finalizing a small laundry room makeover and need a single, polished view that shows two adjacent walls together. The space will feature the exact stone countertop and full-height backsplash I’ve already picked out, paired with warm wood cabinetry. Keep the overall aesthetic modern, with white painted walls and a white polished porcelain tile floor.
What I’m looking for:
• One high-resolution rendered perspective (or well-detailed elevation) capturing both walls in a single view.
• Accurate representation of the specified stone, wood finish, and floor tile—texture, veining, and color should feel true to life.
• Clean, streamlined lines that reflect a modern style; no ornate trims or traditional millwork.
• Lighting that clearly shows material contrast without hiding detail.
- Please look at the Arch perm set for exact window height, width and placement.
File delivery: JPG or PNG at print-quality resolution, plus the original source file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or similar) so I can tweak minor items later if needed.
It’s a straightforward task: just integrate the materials I provide, respect the neutral palette, and hand back a realistic, client-ready visual. If you can turn this around quickly and nail the material accuracy, let’s get started.
