Modern Bathroom 3D Render

I'm looking for a skilled 3D rendering artist to create two modern bathroom options.

Option 1:
- Remove 2 WC's
- Combine rooms
- Add urinals

Option 2:
- Similar look to original, no major changes

Material finishes:
- Primary focus on ceramic tiles and painted surfaces and layout of sinks / urinals

In detail:

I require a 3D render of two bathroom options for a client in London I have existing WC's that need to be modified for a client presently option one is to remove 2 x individual wc's and combine the rooms then to add urinals x 3-4 the second option is to remove 1 x individual wc then extend the room in line with the corridor and add 3 urinals thus increasing the toilet capacity. the client wishes the finishes remain similar to the existing. Same floor / wall tiles etc. I have proposed duravit urinals and modesty panels and sinks similar to existing but increasing in number. I have a pdf drawing of the area including both option rooms I also have photos of the existing finishes.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong eye for modern design
- Experience with ceramic tiles and painted surfaces in renders
