3D Model from Residential Blueprints

I have a full set of residential blueprints in PDF / image form and I’d like them translated into a clean, accurate 3D model. The focus is on the basic structural massing—walls, floor plates, roof lines, window and door openings—rather than intricate interior finishes. I do, however, want the exterior context included so the house sits naturally on its lot with landscaping, driveway, walkways, and grading that match the plan.

You’re welcome to work in the package you prefer (Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, AutoCAD with 3D, or even 3ds Max) as long as the final files can be opened for future edits and supplied alongside high-resolution still renders.

Deliverables
• Native 3D file in your chosen software
• Exported universal file (DWG, IFC, or OBJ)
• 4–6 high-resolution exterior perspective renders
• One overhead axon view to verify overall massing
