Hello, I have a set a plans and we are going to want to make changes and resubmit to the city. Looking to upload old plans approved but we are going to adjust plans and things have changed in direction. Need elevation, we have a new floor plan and have styles we would like to go with. theirs also retaining work as well. we can upload plans and upload our new directions. I am the GC and trying to fast track this as we are going to grade in about a week.
The foundation on main house is not safe to repair we will remodel as in a new foundation and new build. Leaving one wall small then build up.
The style is changed. And the garage ADY plans will be adjusted a little with smaller patio and approach style of the structure roofs on both structures the retaining will. Be a Floating large block wall cut into hill like a geo grid style but no need for the grid for the stone is made to handle load. (I can provide info too ).

The shiplap we may use thermo wood or whatever fits the budget and styThe ADU , GARAGE door to be dark and match the house with same look and will have a single gable in the direction of east west. It will look cohesive and nice. With windows to Match. Both to have black trim windowsle.
