3D House Render Needed

Hi! I’m looking for a 3D architectural rendering professional to create four high-quality still images based on my house plans:
Required Deliverables
Exterior 3D renders
2 distinct views/angles of the building exterior
Interior 3D renders
2 distinct views of the main living space (living room / open area)
Files to be delivered
High-resolution images (JPG/PNG)
3D model files that allow future updates (SketchUp, Blender, .SKP, .FBX, .BLEND, etc.)
Editable Materials
Ability to change exterior finishes (siding/brick type, colors, roofing, trim)
Exterior material layers should be organized and labeled

I will provide the AutoCAD (DWG) files with plans and elevations.
Quality & Style
Mid-level to photorealistic architectural quality
Natural lighting and realistic materials (not just flat color)
Communication & Revisions
At least 2 rounds of revisions included before final delivery

Software Preferences
Compatible with tools like SketchUp + V-Ray/Lumion, 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Blender + Cycles/Eevee, or similar
