French Alps 3D Renderings
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
I’m developing two alpine properties and want to translate my 2D plans, sketches and BIMx references into photorealistic visuals that help both investors and planners understand the final look and feel.
Project 1 – Mountain Chalet
• Exterior: a finished global view that highlights detailed landscaping, the surrounding mountain panorama and both day- and night-time atmospheres.
• Interior: at least three camera angles of the open-plan living room / kitchen plus one view each of the main bedroom, bathroom and ski-room. The mood is clearly rustic, so timber, stone and warm lighting need to read authentically.
Project 2 – Boutique Residence
Full interior coverage of the living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms and all communal areas, specifically the lobby, lounge area, dining area as well as the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Cohesive styling with the textures and surface photos I’ll supply is essential.
What I’ll provide
• Scaled 2D plans in PDF/DWG
• Sketches and BIMx models (where available)
• High-resolution photos of materials, fixtures and the real-world views from each window
What I need back
• High-resolution still images (4K PNG/JPG) for every listed space
• Native scene files in the package you use (Rayon if possible) so we can tweak if planning feedback requires it
• Lighting set-ups saved for consistent day / night re-renders on Project 1 exteriors and interiors
• A short screen-share or recorded walk-through explaining layer organisation and material assignments
Acceptance criteria
Realistic materials that match my reference photos, correct scale relative to the plans, lighting that sells the alpine ambience and camera angles approved by me before final render.
If you work with V-Ray, Corona, Enscape or Lumion that’s a plus, but I’m open as long as the output meets the spec. Let me know your preferred toolset, an estimated turnaround per space and any questions you have about the reference package, and we can lock in milestones right away.
