Four-Storey Residential 3D Model
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to turn my architectural plans for a four-storey residential building into a fully realised model. The job calls for full, highly detailed exterior and interior work—every façade element, floor layout, room, fixture, and material finish needs to be represented accurately.
You’ll receive the complete set of 2D plans in dwg format; those are the only references I have, so part of your role will be interpreting them into convincing three-dimensional space. Once the model is complete, I need high-resolution stills exported to JPEG or PDF for presentation and client sign-off. If you can also share your native working file (OBJ, FBX, or similar) that would be a welcome bonus, but the key deliverables are the polished renders.
My priorities are architectural accuracy, realistic lighting, and clean, professional output ready for print and screen. Let me know which software you prefer to work in, your typical turnaround for a building of this size, and any clarifications you need from the plans before starting.
