3D Floor Plans & Renders
Budget: $15 – $25 CAD
I need a complete visual package for a new residential building and I’m working on a tight timeline, so quick delivery is the top priority. The scope combines floor-plan visuals, exterior views, and key interior shots that I will use for marketing and coordination with consultants.
What I’m looking for:
• A clean 3D aerial (top-down) floor plan of the entire level.
• Individual 3D aerial views for every unit type—1-bed (3½), 2-bed (4½), and 3-bed (5½).
• Black-and-white aerial plans that show a basic layout with clear room dimensions; keep the line-work in a construction/architectural style but don’t over-detail.
• Two exterior renderings: one straight-on façade and one side elevation.
• Interior renderings of the kitchen (this is the hero shot), plus the living room, dining area, bedroom(s), and bathroom.
Preferred tools are 3ds Max + V-Ray, SketchUp + Enscape, or Revit/Lumion, but I’m flexible as long as the final images arrive in high-resolution PNG/JPEG with accompanying source files.
All geometry must align with the supplied CAD/PDF plans and room names. Dimensions on the black-and-white plans should remain legible at A3 size. Color renderings should reflect neutral, contemporary finishes; I will provide a short material palette once the project starts.
Please confirm your turnaround time and show one or two comparable projects in your bid so I can gauge whether the schedule is feasible. I’m ready to move forward immediately.
