3D Design for exhibition booth
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing a large (over 20 × 20 ft) trade-show booth whose single purpose is to amplify our brand presence, so every square foot has to feel like “us.” I need a creative 3D designer who can turn that goal into a visually striking, fabrication-ready concept.
The booth must feature two key experiences: eye-catching interactive displays that pull visitors in and comfortable seating zones where my team can hold quick chats without blocking traffic. Lines of sight, lighting, material choices, and colour treatments should all reinforce our brand story while remaining practical for standard modular construction and venue regulations (height, rigging, fire safety).
Deliverables
• Photorealistic 3D renders from multiple angles
• A short walk-through animation or 360° view to help stakeholders visualise flow
• Editable source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar) and a basic dimensioned plan/elevation set for the fabricator
Acceptance criteria: renders must match provided brand colours and logo guidelines; all dimensions must be build-ready; interactive zones and seating clearly marked; final files delivered in agreed formats.
Show me examples of previous large-scale booths—especially those with interactive tech—so I can gauge fit. I aim to lock the concept soon and move to fabrication drawings right after approval.
