Create 3D model of building

I need a 3D model created for a 52,000 square foot steel building warehouse. I can send you a real estate brochure for it, and some general dimensions. Not all dimensions will need to be exact. This is for a presentation, not an actual build. Need mainly the shell of the building, door placements, building supports, etc, and then will need pallet racking and workbenches modeled in. I don't need plumbing or electrical in it.
